Website chat widget
The widget adds a chat bubble to your site. Visitors chat with the AI; your team takes over from the Inbox.
Install
- Open Settings → Channels → Website.
- Customise the colour, welcome message and position.
- Copy the snippet and paste it before the closing body tag of your site. On Shopify, paste it in the theme's layout file or use the app embed.
Language
The widget can be forced to English or Arabic, or detect the visitor's language. The AI never replies in Hebrew; a Hebrew message gets an English answer.
Collecting contact details
The AI asks for a name and phone when it needs them, and verifies an email with a 6-digit code before booking or looking up orders for it.
