AI credits

All AI work is metered in credits on the Billing page.

Event	Examples
AI reply	every answer sent to a customer, including comment auto-replies and suggestions
Classification	the tag applied after each reply
Knowledge lookup	finding relevant sources for a reply
Vision	describing a photo or PDF the customer sent
Transcription	a voice note turned into text

Your plan includes a monthly amount; the current month's usage, the breakdown and the days remaining are on the Billing page. Failed calls are not charged. When the allowance is used up the AI pauses and sends the configured auto-reply until the next month or a top-up.
