Telegram

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the prompts. Copy the bot token.
2. Open Settings → Channels → Telegram, paste the token and save.

Customers message the bot; replies come from the bot. Photos and documents are stored in the Inbox.
