Workflows

Workflows automate what happens on an inbound message before the AI answers: route by keyword or department, send a template when the WhatsApp window is closed, tag the contact, or hand straight to a team. Build them on the Workflows page with the node editor; a workflow that handles a message stops the AI from replying to it.
