Comments & mentions

The Comments page collects comments on your Instagram posts and posts on X that mention or reply to you.

What you see​

Each comment shows the author, text, platform, sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) and intent (question, complaint, purchase, praise, spam…). Open comments that arrived since you last visited are marked New and the sidebar shows a dot.

Filter by status (open, replied, hidden, ignored), sentiment, intent, platform and post, and sort newest or oldest first.

Acting on a comment​

  • Reply publicly — the AI drafts a suggestion you can edit; or write your own.
  • Send as DM — moves the person to a private conversation in the Inbox.
  • Hide — hides an Instagram comment, or a reply to your own X post.
  • Ignore / Delete (Instagram only).
  • Internal notes with @mentions, visible to your team only.

Automation​

The Automation dialog sets what happens automatically: analyse every comment, auto-reply to some intents, hide spam, and so on. AI suggestions use AI credits like a reply.

X mentions​

Turn on Track mentions in the X channel settings. Replies to your own posts show under the original post. X charges per post read; see X fees.
