Notifications

Under Settings → Notifications each workspace decides which events notify the team, and each member chooses where: in the app, by email, or on Telegram.

Events include new contacts, new messages for AI-owned and human-owned contacts, handovers, potential leads, bookings, tickets, a daily reminder of open items, and being mentioned in a note.

In-app notifications are in the bell at the top right and on the Notifications page; clicking one opens the related conversation, comment or ticket.
