Notes and @mentions

Internal notes are visible to your team only; the customer never sees them.

• In the composer, switch on Note and write. Notes appear in the conversation with a yellow background and in the contact's side panel.
• Type @ to mention a teammate. They get an in-app notification that links straight to the conversation.
• Notes also exist on comments, with the same @mentions.
• Authors and workspace admins can delete a note.
