Members and roles

Role	Can
Owner	Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace
Admin	Manage channels, AI, team and settings; see all conversations
Member	Work the Inbox, comments, tickets and bookings

Members can be restricted to specific WhatsApp numbers and teams, so an agent only sees the conversations that belong to them. Department tags on a member feed routing and the AI's handover.
