Shopify

Loomi is a public Shopify app. Connect it under Settings → Integrations → Shopify: enter your store domain, approve the app in Shopify, and you are back in Loomi with the store connected.

Once connected:

• The AI searches your products, quotes prices from the last sync and checks live stock before promising availability.
• Customers can ask about their orders after verifying their email.
• Click-to-WhatsApp ads are matched to catalog products when the ad names one.

Disconnect from the same page; it also removes the app from your store.
