Create your workspace

A workspace is one business: its channels, contacts, team and billing. Most companies need exactly one.

Sign up​

  1. Open app.loomichat.com and create an account with your email.
  2. Enter the business name and pick the timezone. Reports bucket days and hours in this timezone, so choose the one your team works in.
  3. You land in the dashboard as the workspace owner.
tip

The timezone is set once at creation and shown read-only on the Reports page. Ask Loomi support if it needs to change later.

What you see first​

  • Dashboard — headline numbers for the period, channel mix, busiest hours.
  • Inbox — empty until a channel is connected.
  • Settings → Channels — where every channel is connected.
  • Settings → AI — the AI agent's tone, instructions and knowledge base.

Switching workspaces​

If you belong to several workspaces (for example an agency managing clients), the workspace switcher is in the top-left of the dashboard. Each workspace has its own channels, contacts, team and billing.
